Equipment
Iha used a wide range of guitars on Let It Come Down, including 12-string acoustics, clean electric guitars, cellos, violin and an organ. The acoustic guitars included a Gibson J-100 Hummingbird and a "really good" Martin.[1] Iha's Danelectro guitar was used for a lot of overdubs, and as the slide guitar on "Lover, Lover".[2] The amplifiers were either Fender or Vox.
Producer Jim Scott used a small Neve boaard and a Studer 24-track.[2] Bugg Studios (Iha's home studio) had two drum kits: a 60's kit that Scott and Iha had, and a Yamaha kit.[1]
