In the recording, Corgan used his signature Reverend guitar ran through a vintage Maestro FZ-1 Fuzz-Tone pedal – the same pedal used on The Rolling Stones' "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction". The guitar was ran through a vintage Sound City amplifier head.
There are two music videos for "Wyttch". The live action version was released first on November 13, 2020. It was directed and edited by Charlotte Kemp Muhl. Chloe Mendel, Corgan's partner, and their two children all had cameos in the video. Additional executive producer was credited to Mark Stoermer, presumably the same Mark Stoermer of The Killers who was the touring bassist for The Smashing Pumpkins in 2014–2015.
An animated music video was released on November 24, 2020. Entitled "Owl Wait", it was the fourth episode of the In Ashes series.
