The Riviera Theatre is a concert venue located on the north side of Chicago, Illinois. Among several shows, The Smashing Pumpkins have played release party for Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness at this venue. Later they used the venue to rehearse for the The Sacred and Profane tour and recorded some demos, including the David Essex "Rock On" that was included on Judas O compilation.
