Before the show, the band was interviewed for Italian television.  The concert took place on a boat docked at Genova's [[w:Genoa#Old_harbour|Porto Antico]]. Tickets cost $25 U.S. and were being scalped for three times that. 2,500 tickets were available and sold out in less than 12 hours.
