D’arcy: We got a new drummer, he doesn't know what's going on.
La Dolly Vita
BC: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! We're the Smashing Pumpkins. Thank you all for coming tonight. We'd now like to play you a selection of songs from our forthcoming LP. They'll only be released on seven inch singles in Australia, we hope you can find it. We've been dropped by our label Virgin Records and we're looking for a deal.
Glass' Theme
The Imploding Voice
D’arcy: Why thank you, wasn't that a beautiful mistake?
BC: That was the most beautifulest.
D’arcy: Yes, I - I was classically trained and my teacher always said “If you're gonna make a mistake, make it a good one.”
Dross
Speed Kills
Blue Skies Bring Tears
Stand Inside Your Love
> Glass and the Ghost Children
BC: Thank you very much, thank you.
Wound
Cash Car Star
Ava Adore
Today
D’arcy: Thank you.
[encore break]
D’arcy: You know, we keep changing drummers. This guy - this guy, we picked him up hitchhiking on the way here. His name is James, I think, James, yeah, something like that. No, I'm sorry, that's James. His name is Jimmy and that's Bob and I'm Daphne.
Iha: We've had a hell of a time playing for you people and uh, I'm delighted to be here. I'm glad you like the new songs but now we're going to play an old chestnut and uh, I can't think of any joke, so here it is. Life as a child growing up in Chicago...no, I'm just kidding, I'm trying to make a joke, anyways....
D’arcy: Hey hey.
Iha: What?
D’arcy: Did someone scream for Zero? No, that was the second song on the setlist. I'm sorry you missed it but we're not gonna play it again.
BC: No, I was Zero, not anymore. He’s screaming for me!
Iha: He's gone.
D’arcy: They miss the old shirt.
Iha: Alright audience, put a muzzle on it!
Muzzle
Soma
BC: God bless you, thank you, goodnight, you guys rock, thank you.
Iha: Thanks a lot, thanks, thanks.
BC: (deep voice) Thank you, Cincinnati.
[encore break]
D’arcy: Stand up, Jimmy, give 'em a word. Speech, speech, speech! C'mon Jimmy! He's been in a....
Iha: Drum solo! Drum solo! Drum solo!
D’arcy: What's that called? He's been frozen for the past three years, so he's just [unintelligible while James talks over her].
BC: I believe those African polyrhythms are coming in heavy now.
Iha: Jimmy traveled the world...
D’arcy: While he was frozen?
Iha: ...in the time he wasn’t in the band. He wrote a book about his travels as well - he went to Egypt, parts of Africa, the desert plains, [unintelligible].
D’arcy: James! You guys aren't going with it, that sucks. You suck, you suck!
Iha: Alright, here's another new song.
Home
If There is a God (Billy solo acoustic)
> With Every Light (acoustic)
BC: God bless you, thank you so much for a great show. You guys rock, thank you, thank you, god bless you.
[encore break]
Iha: (screaming) Alright! Alright, Cincinnati! Are you still there? Do you wanna rock still? (normal) Alright. (screaming) We're gonna kick this one last jam! (normal) Let’s rock.
