Life Begins Again, the debut album by Jimmy Chamberlin Complex, released on this day in 2005! It was released on CD as well as an enhanced CD that contained an exclusive behind the scenes video. The album stars several guest musicians and vocalists including Billy Corgan (vocals on "Loki Cat", lyrics by Chamberlin), Bill Medley of The Righteous Brothers and Linda Strawberry ("Lullabye"), and Rob Dickinson of Catherine Wheel ("Life Begins Again" and "Love Is Real").

Released on Sanctuary Records, the album peaked at #37 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart in 2005. The Houston Chronicle gave it 4/5 stars, calling it "fascinating, from the sonic wash that flows into the mesmerizing rhythms to the surprisingly melodic vocal tracks neatly divided throughout this ambitious, cohesive 11-song offering".
