September 13, 2012 was the grand opening of Billy Corgan and Chloe Mendel's tea house, Madame ZuZu's, at their original 1.0 location with a capacity of about 40 fans. This occasion saw an intimate and diverse Corgan solo set with special guests.

The day was split into three acoustic sets (1:00 PM, 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, respectively). The opening song "Jesus is the Sun" was only one of 3 times the song has been performed live. The set closer "Today" featured Greg Bates of Coat of Eyes – Corgan's old band from the 80s. He accompanied Corgan on guitar (4th photo).

The second set saw the first performance of "Jupiter's Lament" in over 17 years, the last "By Starlight" until the Wintersongs shows 10 years later, and the final performance of "The Rite of Spring".

Set three included one of only 12 performances of "Soot and Stars". Also was the only cover of Hank Williams's "Long Gone Lonesome Blues" – this time featuring vocalist Yvonne Bruner.
