Cyr
Once in a Lifetime
Iha: Thank you, Oklahoma. Thank you for coming to this zoo amphitheater. I got a joke for you. Where -- where does a penguin keep its money? Where does a penguin keep its money? In a snowbank. Thank you so much for coming out tonight.
Solara
Iha: Thank you so much. It’s great to be here. Oklahoma. Has anyone been to the zoo here? I feel bad for those...those guys, uh, uh, but we are happy to be here rocking, playing heavy and light music for you, uh, thank you so much. This one -- this one is called Eye.
Eye
Ava Adore
(BC before bridge: Jeffrey, give these people some Eddie Van Halen!)
Iha: Thank you thank you.
BC: Thank you very much, OKC. James, how you feelin’ tonight?
Iha: Hot! I’m a hot potato.
BC: Hot in the uh...sexy sense or hot in the temperature sense?
Iha: Uh....
BC: I know, I got it, I got it, I got it! I got it, wait wait wait wait wait! You feel as hot as Russell Westbrook playing for the Lakers. (crowd boos)
Iha: I’m not sure that’s the....
BC: They didn’t like that joke, heh.
Iha: (laughing) It’s not the hometown joke. But thanks.
BC: Don’t the Lakers have everybody? Kevin Durant....
Iha: Oh, we got – they got [unintelligible two words, but definitely not a current player’s name].
BC: They have everybody now.
Iha: Helluva team.
BC: He lives in L.A. now, that’s why. He got the heck out of Chicago. Chicago. Moved to L.A., lived the dream.
Iha: They don’t care.
BC: They don’t care. I know they don’t care!
Iha: They just wanna rock. Or, in this case, now we will–-
BC: Yeah, you say you wanna rock and then we got acoustic guitars.
Iha: Haha!
BC: Thank you so much for being with us on this beautiful evening.
Iha: It is nice out.
BC: I was not dressed as the lonely vampire this afternoon but I did go to the zoo with my children.
Iha: How was the zoo?
BC: Beautiful...
Iha: Beautiful.
BC: ...they treated us so great, so thank you to the zoo.
Iha: Thank you to the zoo.
BC: And uh, as we like to do every evening at this portion of our incredibly tight and focused rock show, is to uh, is to thank each and every one of you for supporting our band.
Iha: Thank you, thank you.
BC: He and I started this band in 1987.
Iha: Geez Louise.
BC: ‘Bout 12 years ago. And uh...it was so long ago they didn’t have zoos.
Iha: Heh heh heh.
BC: (laughing) This is gonna go off the rails, heh heh. Anyway, we’re having a good time, we hope you’re having a good time too. And though it rhymes, I do mean the sentiment which is we appreciate you. And I hope you find this next song outta sight. It’s dedicated to you, it’s called Tonight, Tonight.

Iha: (high pitched) Alright!
BC: When I was born....
Iha: Doot doot doot. I-I don’t know how to scat.
BC: Ladies and gentlemen, do you feel James’s love? Do you feel Jeff’s love?
Iha: Boop boop, boop boop.
BC: All the way from England, do you feel Jack’s love? Now we don’t normally do this, but Jack’s gonna play a bass solo, go! (Jack solos for a few measures)
Iha: Any of you like jazz fusion, here it is. Holy crap. (Jack goes back into FOL bassline)
BC: Woo!
Iha: That’s....
BC: They’re gonna be talkin’ about that one for years.
Iha: Came here to see music (points at Jack)....
BC: Do you feel this man’s love, the greatest drummer on god’s green earth, Jimmy Chamberlin?
Iha: Mr. Jimmy Chamberlin. (Jimmy solo) Unh. On lead vocals and hot guitar, Mr. B-heh! (laughing) Mr. Billy Corgan. (Billy solo begins) Steeped – steeped in Chicago blues. Ow! (Billy solo ends) Alright, that was pretty good. (song ends)
> Are You Gonna Go My Way (tease - Billy plays the riff three more times)
Iha: Are you gonna go my way, Oklahoma?
BC: Thank you so much.
