Kenny Aronoff (born March 7, 1953, in Albany, New York[1]) is an American drummer who was the primary drummer for The Smashing Pumpkins during the Adore tour, alongside percussionists Dan Morris and Stephen Hodges.
In addition to working with the Pumpkins, Aronoff has been the sideman for many bands both live and in the studio, notably John Mellencamp, John Fogerty, Chickenfoot and Joe Satriani.
