Demoed 5 songs today with just acoustic and vocals live. Was fun to dive in and consider how such a work might be produced. Certainly the response I've seen here on IG indicates there is deep interest in our making a first SP Christmas album. Thanks for all your suggestiones, they were very helpful.

Demo'd 4 more songs today, and from the 3 I liked from yesterday, there are now 7 I've set aside for a potential SP Christmas album. Add 1 original and hopefully another I've yet to write, I am still looking for 3 more (to make 12 to record). To that I'll be recording more demos the day after the 25th, with the idea JC could cut the drums sometime in March or April. Thanks again for all the enthusiasm for this proposed album, the encouragement really helps.

Yes, the holiday may have passed but that didn't stop more demos from happening today. For a total now of 16. So the extra work was worth it, as I now have the songs to choose from to make an album of 10-12 songs. With my eyeing March/April as the time to track the drums and some rudimentary music. Ho-Ho-Ho.
