Sweet Relief II: Gravity of the Situation is a various artists compilation album that featured "Sad Peter Pan", performed by The Smashing Pumpkins and Red Red Meat. The album is the second installment of the Sweet Relief series, which raises money for artists with expensive medical bills and no insurance. Gravity of the Situation benefited Athens, GA musician Vic Chesnutt, with all artists covering his songs. Other bands featured on the album include Garbage, R.E.M., Live and Soul Asylum.
