Visionaire No. 53: Sound is the 53rd volume of the Visionaire series. This edition dedicated to the theme of sound and was released in the form of a special domed case containing five 12-inch vinyl picture discs. The second track on the third record, "Sunset Marquis" is a song by Courtney Love that was co-written by Billy Corgan, who also contributed piano and keyboards. Other artists featured on this release include David Byrne, U2, Yoko Ono, Patton Oswalt, Andrew W.K., among others.
