Originally called "Steam" because it reminded Corgan of a steam piston engine, CYR's main riff was written on guitar and was the first to come out of the 2018 Shiny sessions. This version involved heavy guitar, but Corgan and Howard Willing decided it didn't fit on Shiny Vol. 1.
