Billy Corgan performs at a memorial service for his friend Florence Shay, who passed away on August 23rd. Shay was the owner of Titles, Inc., a Highland Park landmark for four decades, whom Corgan met when he came in and bought a pile of poetry books in 2008.[1] The store closed in late 2012.[2]
