BC: Thank you. Sometimes you just gotta exercise your demons. This is a song I wrote while I was going to college. MIT. I was in the, uh, astrophysics program and I dropped out to play rock and roll.
Iha: That's when I was in the Joffrey Ballet. Remember that?
BC: Yeah, I remember. Everybody! I even remember the date, I think it was February 15th, 1987, we said "fuck school, let's rock.”
Iha: It's a great day...like...to-day.

BC: Are you working the dance joke again?
Iha: Or whether that be the convulsing chicken, I want you to exert some sort of movement.
[inaudible]
Iha: I want them to move in a, you know, how you dance in the living room or like when no one's looking. Something like that.
BC: Aren't you gonna introduce Melissa?
Iha; Yes. I would like to introduce our socialist bass player, all the way from Canada, Miss Melissa Auf der Maur. Woo-hoo. And on, we've already introduced him, but why not again, Mr. Jimmy Chamberlin on the drums and acoustic guitar. Beat the shit out of those damn drums. And on the lead vocals and guitar, Mr. Billy Corgan.
BC: Wait, James, we're gonna start 1979.
1979 (acoustic, Jimmy plays guitar)
Mayonaise
BC: Thanks a lot.
