The band performed "[[Perfect]]" in what would be the last performance with touring percussionists [[Dan Morris]] and [[Stephen Hodges]].

Unlike the previous two [[:Category:Saturday Night Live performances|SNL performances]], this one saw the band act in a sketch. Prior to the musical performance, they appear in a [[w:List_of_recurring_Saturday_Night_Live_characters_and_sketches#1995–1996|Roxbury Guys]] sketch where [[Billy Corgan]], [[James Iha]] and [[D'arcy Wretzky]] are seen as fictionalized versions of themselves in the Moomba Club. Celeste, A character played by Diaz, enters the club and notes the band’s presence. Corgan asks Celeste if she got his messages and asks for a dance. She gets distracted by the Butabi Brothers ([[W:Will Ferrell|Will Ferrell]] and [[W:Chris Kattan|Chris Kattan]]), who she leaves with.
