Paraphernalia by Chicago band Enuff Z'Nuff released May 4, 1999! It features the Cheap Trick cover "Everything Works if You Let It" with lead guitar by Billy Corgan. Following The Smashing Pumpkins' Adore tour, Corgan accepted the offer to collaborate on the album. He recorded guitar for two tracks, but only "Everything Works if You Let It" made the album.

Chip Z'nuff told MTV Radio: "Basically, I said, 'Billy, do whatever you want.' He proceeded to pick up an old Les Paul that we had in the studio and plugged in to this tiny amplifier, and he was done within two hours. He's a superstar, and he was kind enough to come down and play with the band and show his love for what we've been doing all these years."

Cheap Trick's Rick Nielsen and Styx's James Young were among others who collaborated on the record, which was the first studio effort from Enuff Z'Nuff since 1997's Seven. The album artwork is an homage to Queen's second album, Queen II. "We needed [Corgan, Nielsen and Young] to show that, despite any stigmas with the Enuff Z’Nuff name, we are the real McCoy," Z'Nuff told Rolling Stone.
