When a Man Falls in the Forest is a 2007 American drama film directed by Ryan Eslinger. Billy Corgan contributed three previously unreleased songs to the film's soundtrack: "Shangra-La", "Sky of Blue", and "Whisper". All songs are acoustic.

The film, also known simply as When a Man Falls, has no known standalone soundtrack. In an October 6, 2021 Instagram live post, Corgan hinted that a proper release of the material could happen in tandem with the Zeitgeist reissue, though gave no idea as to when this would happen.[1]

When a Man Falls in the Forest premiered in competition at the 2007 Berlin International Film Festival where it was nominated for the Golden Bear award (the highest prize awarded), and later screened at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin. IndieWire wrote that the film is "punctuated by spare, powerful new songs by Billy Corgan."[2]
