BC: You didn't talk to me backstage.
Iha: I didn't see you backstage. How am I gonna talk to you if I don't see you?
BC: I'm in, like, a little trailer and you're, like, a gold-plated bus.... You guys, he talked to me before the show. This is all an act.
Iha: That's right.
BC: James, how ya doin' tonight?
Iha: I feel great. How're you doin'?
BC: Did you go river rafting today?
Iha: I won't do anything...that dangerous. Seems too wild. I'm not a -– I'm not a Bend person. So I -– I don't know, the -– the currents, and the, uh, the rivers here.
BC: We're from Chicago, we don't know anything about-–

BC: The outdoors.
Iha: Chicago: pizza...the Bears....
BC: You know what they know about here?
Iha: What?
BC: Ducks. They know about Ducks.
Iha: Ducks? (immense booing from crowd) Is that code -– is that code for something?
BC: Didn't know ducks can be so controversial. (booing continues)
Iha: Some round of fans...of these Ducks. These Ducks are great. Just flappin' around. Everybody loves them. I digress, we'll get back to the show any second here. Or, if you want, we'll just freestyle and, uh, take it away -– [unintelligible)]. (laughs).
(BC plays a melody on his acoustic guitar)
Iha: I don't know if I have a rap about Bend. It's cool, it's funny, it's Bend. Bend, you're bendin' my mind tonight...with how beautiful you are. Under these incredible sky -– I, we gotta, I gotta work this out next time before we do this rap jam.
BC: You shoulda rapped about Ducks!
Iha: Alright, well....
BC: Controversial. Thank you so much for being with us tonight. What a wonderful evening! Thank you for packin' this place out and showing us some love and some respect and, uh, Rival Sons kicked us some ass. STP kickin' some ass. We just, uh, do the comedy thing.
Iha: One show only a night.
BC: The space cowboy...and the vampire.
Iha: [unintelligible].
BC: Anyway, it's nice to see so many young faces. To our old school fans, welcome to the new school fans, we're.... We're about thirty-six years into the SP experiment. That means "Smashing Pumpkins" in case you didn't know. Uh. (laughs)

Iha: I didn't know that was a thing! Okay!
BC: We need to go to therapy. (taps mic twice) James, what would you like to bring up? Ducks! (crowd screams)

BC: Immediate reaction.
