BC: The Cow Palace.
Iha: The Cow Palace! We’ve all been in the Cow Palace, we’ve all ridden cows in the Cow Palace, right? I’m just making that up but it seems like a great thing to do.
BC: James, how you feelin’ to-night?
Iha: I’m feelin’ great. Heh heh heh. How are you doin’? Reasonable?
BC: You want me to go into an existential...

BC: ...dissertation about my state of being or you...
Iha: No.
BC: ...just want me to give a happy, friendly “I’m good”?

BC: We had a little soundcheck today and I looked over at James and I said, “You know, that’s where Jerry stood. Jerry stood right there.”
Iha: Let his flag fly high in the air. Heh!
BC: Anyway, we’re so grateful. He and I started this band about 36 years ago.
Iha: Oh my god.
BC: And it’s thanks to great people like you that we’re still here, so thank you so much for a wonderful evening. And wow, the cool thing about playing here is you can watch from the back in the video monitors -– boy, Rival Sons and STP, wow, just an amazing...couple sets.
Iha: Big shout out to Rival Sons and Stone Temple Pilots, thank you...for a magic night.
BC: I thought to myself that, uh....
Iha: What’d you think?
BC: Heh heh! I thought how am I gonna beat these guys, this is great, they’re amazing, this is...
Iha: By smashing your acoustic guitar.
BC: ...they’re bringing the rock, they’re bringin’ the hits.
Iha: Right, how do you do that?
BC: So I sat backstage and I wrote a new song.
Iha: Alright. Is that that jazz one you’ve been doin’? I like it.
BC: Heh. It’s called If I Were a Carpenter.
