The May 22, 2022 performance was The Smashing Pumpkins' first appearance at the Welcome to Rockville music festival in Daytona Beach, Florida. As James Iha noted after "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", the band and crowd lucked out after the Korn and Guns N' Roses headlining sets on the previous two nights were canceled due to bad weather.
