BC: Thank you very much for that warm welcome, thank you very much. As we used to say back in the day, “Goddamn Alabam.” Right? We’re happy to be with you tonight on this beautiful evening. Hopefully the only lightning that you will see tonight is shooting out of James’s fingers. Heh heh heh. We hope you enjoy this classic.
Once in a Lifetime
Solara
Iha: [cuts in] Alright, I see many thumbs up. I’m from the Midwest and...I don’t know, I was always taught that was the thing to do. But uh, thank you guys so much, we really appreciate you coming out. Well, here we go into another interlude.
Eye
Ava Adore
BC: Thank you kindly, thank you kindly. We don’t have much of a show, but if we have a show, this is my favorite part of the show. And that’s where we stop for a second and we get a chance to thank each and every one of you for being with us on this beautiful evening.
Iha: Thank you very much, thank you very much.
BC: Thank you for supporting us, our band, our families, our music. Means a lot to us. You can’t tell by my vampiric countenance...
Iha: Heh heh heh.
BC: ...but I am pleased somewhere deep within. He and I started this band about 35 years ago.
Iha: In 1822.
BC: He had the Johnny Marr haircut.
Iha: I did, I did.
BC: What was I rockin’?
Iha: Uh, you had kind of a post-Floridian...
BC: Yeah.
Iha: ...freak out jam look, heh heh heh.
BC: Psych – psych guy.
Iha: Psychedelic to rock.
BC: Too much LSD guy. And uh, it blows our mind that we’re here with you all these years later playing these songs. ‘Cause we had a dream, we said, “We’re going to Birmingham, man.” What do you think?
Iha: That was part of the dream.
BC: Remember it? “Can we ever get out of this fuckin’ bedroom and go to Birmingham.” That was the dream! True story. So, we dedicate this song to you. It’s a song we like to call Tonight, Tonight.
Tonight, Tonight (Billy/Iha acoustic)

> Cherub Rock
> Zero

Black Forest, Black Hills
FOL / Are You Gonna Go My Way / unknown / Who Knows
BC over extended outro: Ladies and gentlemen...I may be singing about love, but I really wanna know....
Iha: (high pitched) What you really wanna know? (Billy plays the Are You Gonna Go My Way riff a few times) What do you really wanna know? (normal voice) Can you feel the love...Birmingham, Alabama?
BC: What I really wanna know is do you feel James’s love, do you feel his love? It’s a quiet kinda love, it’s a sneaky kinda love, but it’s the best kinda love.
Iha: Yaaahh!!!
BC: They felt that. Do you feel Jeff’s love? I know you’re not from Chicago, Jeff, but give us a little blues or somethin’. (Jeff solos briefly)
Iha: Oh my.
BC: Hahaha! All the way from England, do you feel Jack’s love? Now we don’t normally do this but it feels like a special night. And on really special nights, we do a bass solo. Bass solo! (Jack solo begins)
Iha: Put your hands together, Alabama. (Jack solo ends) Haha. So look forward to hearing those, that was pretty good though.
BC: Wow. Jack’s – he worked somethin’ out, heh heh heh.
Iha: I like that.
BC: Do you feel the greatest drummer on god’s green earth, all of his love, Mr. Jimmy Chamberlin!
Iha: Mr. Jimmy Chamberlin. (Jimmy solos) Unh. And I would be remiss, point out on lead vocals and hot guitar, Mr. Billy Corgan. (Billy solos for about 70 seconds) Whew, [2-3 unintelligible words]. (Billy solos a little more) Alright, you’re just goin’ crazy now. Goin’ crazy now, Bill. We could do this all fuckin’ night, what do you guys wanna hear? (Billy plays the Who Knows riff) Wanna hear some Stevie Ray? (band jams on Who Knows for a moment)
BC: Where’s Buddy Miles when we need him?
Iha: Alright, we’re giving some deep cut [2-3 unintelligible words]. (song ends)
BC: Hahahaha! Thank you very much, thank you.
Iha: Thank you, thank you.
