Bleeding the Orchid
BC: You doin’ alright?
Stand Inside Your Love
> Bullet with Butterfly Wings
Widow Wake My Mind
BC: Thank you very much, thank you. Actually, the first time I ever played this song live, this next one, I played in this venue. And if you’ve ever heard the bootleg, you just hear L.A. people talking. That’s what it’s all about in L.A.: coming to the gig and talking. Heh, that’s what I remember from that show.
Jeff: Look at these people talking.
BC: They weren’t cheering, Jeff, they were just talking.
Jeff: That’s cool, they like to talk to you there.
BC: Heh heh, no more talking.
Jeff: Now you know.
BC: It’s all about the music, man.
Jeff: Yep, yep, yep, yep.
Perfect (abandoned after about 3 seconds when Billy hits a wrong note)
BC: Oh, try it again.
> Perfect (abandoned after about 6 seconds)
BC: I can’t play my tunes! Meltdown time.
Perfect
Owata
BC: Just stop now, Jeff?
Jeff: I’m fuckin’ wore out.
BC: You alright, you good?
Cherub Rock
> That’s the Way
United States
BC: Thank you! All good. You don’t deserve an encore...just kiddin’. They’re never gonna be quiet. I can’t--the ukulele can’t cannot [sic] compete with L.A. L.A. bigger than the ukulele. I could smash it. I’m gonna give you a little intro, we’ll see you if you can...take it down. (quietly playing ukulele for a bit) You know how they always say “Never give your asshole uncle tickets,” ‘cause there it is, he’s still there. Sorry, Uncle Lou. Back to the xanadu here.
Love is the Sweetest Thing (abandoned after about 15 seconds) (Billy solo ukulele)
BC: Thank you! I waited a long time to play this thing. Thank you, that’s cool, we’re good, ‘night! I love you all but I’m too old for that shit.
