The Hit Factory was a recording studio in New York City. The Smashing Pumpkins recorded a single song there, "Christmastime".
The studio has occupied numerous spaces around the city. The one where The Smashing Pumpkins (or more specifically, Billy Corgan) recorded was the company headquarters from 1992 to April 1, 2005. The original building is now a residential condominium.
