Adds a row of release information. This along with other {{releases}} should be surrounded by {{release top}} and {{release bottom}}

Format | format | Should usually be something like "2LP vinyl (red)", "Digital", or "Cassette", "CD", "CD-R", etc.

Discogs release ID | discogs | You can find this by searching for the release at discogs.com. The ID is the last number in the URL when viewing the release page.
