Sweet Sweet is a song from The Smashing Pumpkins' second studio album, Siamese Dream. It consists of thick layers of at least three acoustic guitars and Corgan's vocals. It is in sharp contrast to the previous song, "Silverfuck" both in length ("Sweet Sweet" is the shortest on the album at 1:38 while "Silverfuck" is the longest at 8:43) and in style, as it is also much softer.
Lyrics[edit | edit source]
Sweet sweet sweet sweet little agony
I don't know just where you've been
But I'll take take take
All that you have for me
In sin
Where are we going?
And they all want you to change
And they all want you to change
And the sad sad sad
All the sad faces drown
In this town
Where are we going?
And they all want you to change
Where are we going?
And they all want you to change
Where are we going?
