MTV Studios is the broadcast studios of Viacom Media Networks located on the second floor of the One Astor Plaza building in Times Square, New York City. It is best known as the home of MTV's former flagship program, Total Request Live, which The Smashing Pumpkins performed at on March 9, 2000.
