Free Tibet is a video compilation album documenting the first Tibetan Freedom Concert in June 1996. The festival was attended by over 100,000 people over two days in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. It included a performance of "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by The Smashing Pumpkins, though it is heavily edited and truncated. Only the Björk and Sonic Youth tracks are played in their entirety. Other artists include Beck, Foo Fighters, Buddy Guy, Beastie Boys and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
