BC: Thank you so much. [cut] Mike, do you like Rome? (Mike gives two thumbs up, then starts pounding a loud slow beat) Yeah, two - two means yes, one means no. (2 kick drum hits) Mike, do you like Italian women? (2 kick drum hits) Heh. Or do you think Nicole likes Italian men? (several kick drum hits like a rapid heartbeat) Now, Nicole....
Jeff: [unintelligible noise]
Nicole: Yes, Billy.
BC: You're Italian, right?
Nicole: Si. (crowd cheers) Ohhh... (gestures with one hand)
Jeff: No, you’re not...
Nicole: A bit of Italian heritage.
Jeff: ...no, you’re not.
BC: Don’t get crazy now.
Jeff: (imitating sound bite of Nicole used on 2012 tour) Yeah right.
BC: Your last name of course is Fiorentino.
Nicole: I think so, think it is.
BC: Are you 100 percent Italian?
Nicole: No, I’m about 50.
BC: 50 percent?
Nicole: That’s good enough, right? Almost, almost Italian.
Jeff: Which part?
BC: Now, see, technically you're more Italian than I am because I'm only a quarter...
Nicole: Oh, I'm 50.
BC: ...but I'm a quarter Sicilian and a quarter - (crowd cheers)
Nicole: They like it, even a light Sicilian.
BC: A quarter Sicilian is like a hundred percent of anything.
Nicole: Yeah, but I'm wearing the shirt. I have a shirt to prove that I -
BC: Yeah, the “I love Roma” shirt. Now did you buy that from a Roman soldier...
Nicole: I wish I did.
BC: ...or did you barter in the old way?
Nicole: Hahahaha! I did not barter. I spent a few Euros on it though.
BC: You know I was thinking, 'cause I love this country so much, these fantastic people. I mean, come on: beautiful women, fast cars and the best food, I mean, hello?
Nicole: Best fooood.
BC: Hello!
Nicole: Hello?
BC: World Cup, not so much. Soccer, not so much. (light booing) Unless your team has changed to yellow and green and blue of Brazil, I don't think you're doing so good in the World Cup. I’m no expert on soccer, obviously - football, sorry. But you know, I was thinking about it, my - so I'm a quarter Sicilian, as is my brother. And my brother has children, of course, but see, he married a 100 percent Italian woman. So now my brother's children are 50 percent Italian. And are they loud. They're very loud. Is that an Italian thing?
Nicole: We’re spicy meatballs, we can’t help it, we can’t help ourselves.
BC: What does this mean? I see a lot of men going to me (gesticulates). Does this mean “meet me at the hotel,” what does this mean?
Nicole: I think it means “play more music.”
BC: What the fuck do you want? (gesturing)
Nicole: Oh, [2-3 unintelligible words].
Jeff: Boi-yoing-yoing.
BC: See, I need to go back to America and go like this to the audience (gesturing). "Hey Obama..."(gesturing).
Jeff: (high pitched) Yeah right.
BC: We're so happy you're here with us, god bless you, god bless you. Now we do not condone the use of drugs, but we know there are some people in the audience who smoke a little Bob Marley's...tonic. Is anybody in the audience high tonight? (a few cheers, light booing) Heh heh.
Jeff: Not a good percentage.
BC: There's a lot of people lying, heh.
Nicole: Who are the liars?
BC: Italians are liars, is that what...?
Nicole: No, I said “who are the liars?”, which ones have, oh yeah -
BC: Oh. Nicole!
Nicole: (immediately) Si?
BC: (gestures at her) Mike! (gestures at Mike) So we’d like to play a song...yeah! They're just like this, (gesturing) “Billy, shut the fuck up, huh?”
Jeff: A few more, a few more.
BC: (Italian accent) “I didn't come all the way here to fuckin’ listen to you talk.” (normal voice) I gotcha, I gotcha! (Italian accent) “You’s-a good with the rock, but the talking, not so much.” (normal voice) So a song from our most recent album, Oceania. And this is called Oceania.

BC: [cuts in] It’s been a very emotional concert, I think you’re just too tired now. We’re in stoppage time now. The guy holds up the sign with like “two minutes left,” right?
Nicole: I have two minutes.
BC: Then the striker comes in (running in place, pretends to kick a soccer ball). Hahahaha! [unclear what he’s laughing at but he laughs so hard he has to sit down on the drum riser.] How do you say, “Fangool”, right? Aw yeah. Okay, okay, okay. Alright, let’s go.
