"French Movie Theme" is a song by The Smashing Pumpkins that was recorded during the Siamese Dream sessions. It was first released as a B-side on the "Cherub Rock" single and on the Japanese single for "Today". Later it appeared on Earphoria, Rarities and B-Sides and on the 2012 deluxe reissue of Pisces Iscariot.

"French Movie Theme" was a staple at Smashing Pumpkins rehearsals during the Siamese Dream writing sessions. The band thought the song was funny and never took it seriously. The song title was chosen simply because it reminded Billy Corgan of old French movies.[1]
